Terms of Service - Golf Fore Pat

These terms govern your use of the Golf Fore Pat website and your participation in the Golf Fore Pat Memorial Tournament.

Tournament Registration

Team registration is for a complete four-player team and costs $600.00.
Optional T-shirts cost $20.00 each.
You agree to provide accurate registration and contact information for your team.
Players must follow tournament rules, golf course rules, and organizer instructions.

Payments and Refunds

Credit card payments are processed through Stripe and may include a processing fee shown before checkout.
Zelle, cash, and check payments are marked awaiting payment until verified by organizers.
Registration fees are non-refundable unless the tournament is cancelled by organizers.
Donations or event proceeds may not be tax deductible unless a qualified charitable organization separately confirms that treatment.

Photos and Communications

Event photos may be taken during the tournament. Contact organizers if you do not want a specific photo of you used in event recaps or future tournament promotion. We may contact the captain about registration, payment, and event logistics.

Website Use

Do not submit false or misleading information.
Do not attempt to access organizer-only systems or data.
Do not interfere with payment or registration systems.
